We will announce all the instructor and stream details on Oct 1, 2026 via our email list and social media. We have sold out the last 2 years - in 18 hours this past year! - so make sure you have all the info before Nov 1 registration.

We have 3 different registration options. All 3 accommodation packages include:

• All daytime and evening programming: streams sessions, workshops, concerts, song circles and jam sessions,

• Access to all of the Wanakita trails, facilities, and use of recreational equipment.

Accommodation Packages

Day only

Is for folks that want all the WFC programming, but prefer to stay offsite. It includes

3 lunches

Dinner Saturday and Sunday

Inclusive

Is for folks that want to stay onsite in a shared cabin. It includes

3 nights accommodation

All meals from Saturday breakfast to Monday lunch

Semiprivate

Is for 2 people that want to stay onsite, and enjoy all the benefits of the "Inclusive" package, but prefer to be in a cabin with each other. Semiprivate is not available to single registrants.
